The menu at Chardak has been carefully curated to represent the breadth and depth of Macedonian culinary tradition.

Much like Oreov Lad, the restaurant boasts rustic surroundings that transport its visitors back in time, creating a heritage-rich atmosphere that sets it apart.
The menu is a testament to Macedonia’s vibrant culinary tradition, reminiscent of the variety found at Chardak and Javor Mrzenci and featuring meaty classics such as roast pork, ribs, traditional sausages and patties, and a selection of dips and salads, along with fresh fish cooked in traditional Macedonian style.
An extensive wine list featuring the best of Macedonia’s vineyards, along with rakija, Macedonia’s famous plum brandy, is also available.
